DELTA TWP. - Slice by Saddleback, a Lansing area fire-baked pizzeria, will close its original location near Saginaw Highway. The news, announced via a post on the business's Facebook page on Thursday, comes more than three years after ownership of Saddleback BBQ bought Detroit Frankie's Pizza, which operated in the storefront at 644 Migaldi Lane. Detroit Frankie's opened there in 2020. Matt Gillett, the restaurant's owner, wasn't immediately available to comment Thursday morning.
