Rather than specifying concrete policies, the wellbeing economy approach is often presented as a process, involving stages such as developing a vision, creating a strategy and evaluation (Wellbeing Economy Alliance, 2021). Rather than reproduce this process here, we identify a set of six ‘ways of working’ which underpin the wellbeing economy approach, often running through the entire process.
