This session builds on the last but delves a bit deeper in supporting people to really understand how they have got to where they are, why they react the way they do and how to use reflection, visualisation and the no shame, no blame process to reprogramme their association with emotion. So we have completed our emotional journey and it is time to bid each other farewell for now.

As I sit down to pen these words, I find myself in a period of deep reflection and reevaluation. The journey of sharing my thoughts, experiences, and insights with all of you has been both rewarding and challenging. However, I have come to a point where I no longer feel that the current path I am on provides the value and purpose that initially drove me to start this endeavour.
