Danske Bank A/S has poached three senior managers from downtown rival Nordea Bank Abp to help run its equity capital markets business out of Stockholm, Sweden. Former Nordea bankers Fredrik Segenmark, Karl Berglund and Beatrice Cedermarkwill join the Danish lender in August, spokesperson Anna Sundblad said in emailed comments. Segenmark and Berglund join as managing directors while Cedermark will have the title vice president.
