What are ‘Ports’ in a machine? If you’re a software engineer, you’ve probably run your app locally on your system. What URL do you usually see in the browser when it’s a frontend app? It’s often something like https://localhost:3000 or <your_ip>:5173. If you're a backend developer, you might be familiar with something like app.listen(8080). So, what are these numbers — 3000, 5173, 8080? These are called ports. Note: Here we are talking about Ports in networking not hardware.

गोलगप्पे खाना किसे पसंद नहीं होता, और अगर कहीं इसका ठेला दिख जाए तो शायद ही कोई ऐसा होगा जिसका मन इन्हें खाने का न करे. लेकिन मध्य प्रदेश के आगर मालवा में गोलगप्पे खा रही लड़कियों ने गोलगप्पे खाते समय ठेले पर ऐसी चीज देख ली, जिसे देखते ही वो चीखने-चिल्लाने लगीं. ये गोलगप्पे अब उन्हें हमेशा-हमेशा के लिए याद रहेंगे. ऐसा क्या देख लिया था उन्होंने, चलिए जानते हैं…मामला सारंगपुर मार्ग स्थित गांधी उपवन का है. यहां गोलगप्पे के ठेले में सांप लिपटा मिला. पहले तो किसी को कुछ भी पता न चल सका.
