Costas is past president and board member of the House of Puerto Rico since 1978 and lives in Del Mar. Carballo is treasurer and a longtime member of the board of directors of the House of Puerto Rico and lives in Mira Mesa. The House of Puerto Rico is just one of over 30 cottages which are part of the House of Pacific Relations International Cottages in Balboa Park. This year, our “casita” is celebrating Three Kings Day on Jan. 6.
