Please note the following program guidelines/requirements:Residents, landscapers, and lawn services can place leaves and move leaf piles to the curb no earlier than 7 days before the scheduled collection week for your district.

November 4 – by 3:00 p.m.: Last day to submit in-person Mail-In Ballot applications to the Morris Country Clerk’s Office. November 5: General Election Day: Polls are open from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.Randolph voters can visit https://www.randolphnj.org to learn about their designated polling location. Additionally, voters can also visit the New Jersey Division of Elections website to identify their polling location.

All participants will receive gloves, garbage bags and t-shirts. Group leaders can arrange to pick up supplies in the Health Department on Thursday and Friday, September 26 & 27 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Mini-grants are available for civic groups. Media VideoThe following message was shared in accompaniment with the video:The Board of Education has approved a multi-million dollar bond referendum for Randolph Township residents to vote on. If the referendum passes, the average homeowner would see an increase of $112 per year.
