Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) subtype in the world and most cases present with stages III/IV disease.1-3 These patients usually palpate a mass, develop pain, or have abnormal blood tests at the time of a routine exam leading to imaging, biopsy, and the diagnosis.
