The Fourteenth Moon Foundation (FMF) has distributed Ramadan relief packages to hundreds of needy families and widows in Lagos to mark the Eid-l-Fitr celebration for the year 1446 AH. The Ramadan relief packages comprised I75 items, which were shared with a total of 202 beneficiaries, according to the Convener of FMF, Ustaz Qosim Badrudeen. He said, “Ramadan relief packages on Ramadan 19th and 20th,1446 A.H. (19th & 20th March 2025).

Assabiqun Foundation, an NGO birthed by Al-Mu’minaat (The Believing Women) Organisation, has empowered some widows with money to support their businesses and uplift the living standard of their families. The foundation’s move to cater for the needs of indigent widows in the holy month of fasting was the first major programme since inauguration in December 2024.
