4. DiscussionBenign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) is a common vestibular disorder that affects individuals of all ages, including those with diabetes. The Epley–canalith repositioning procedure (ECRP) and vestibular rehabilitation therapy (VRT) are two commonly used treatments for BPPV. A randomized trial was conducted to compare the effectiveness of these two treatments in diabetic patients with BPPV.
