No. 20 Oklahoma State knocked off No. 6 Oklahoma, 4-2, to advance to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament on Saturday afternoon in Norman. This is the third time in the last four tournaments that the Cowgirls have reached the Sweet 16, and it’s their biggest upset in the NCAA Tournament since a 4-3 win over No. 1 California in the semifinals in 2016. OSU will host No. 25 Stanford in the Stillwater super regional on Saturday at 1 p.m. Oklahoma took an early lead by winning the doubles point.

Oklahoma State’s men’s golf team posted a 276 during the third round of action at the Big 12 Championship on Wednesday to move into first place at Southern Hills Country Club. The Cowboys’ 4-under tally gave them a 54-hole total of 841 and put them six shots clear of Arizona State heading into tomorrow’s final round at the par-70, 7,556-yard layout. Overall, OSU has four players currently in the top 10 in the Championship.

The Oklahoma State Cowgirls are set for the Big 12 Tournament following an 11-match win streak and a share of the Big 12 regular season title. This is the ninth time in the last 11 tournaments that OSU will be one of the top three seeds, and the Cowgirls will be looking for back-to-back Big 12 Tournament titles for the first time in program history. OSU finished the regular season at 18-6 overall and 12-1 in Big 12 play, tying the second-most conference wins in a season in program history.
