3.1. Preliminaries Characterizations of the CompositesNanocomposites based on HDPE matrix with CNT concentration of 4.6 wt.% were prepared and characterized in terms of thermal, mechanical and electrical properties. The results are gathered in the Table 2. Regarding the thermal properties, as obtained from the first scan of thermal heating, a single melting peak is observed by DSC for all the nanocomposites (Figure 1).
