Tools for change In 2017, I traveled to Egypt to complete a Kemetic Yoga teacher training. As part of the training, we took a 3-day cruise on the Nile. It was a very small cruise ship, but comfortable. As this was not just a regular trip but also a yoga teacher training, our instruction continued. Our evening practice on deck was a mix of meditation, practicing postures, and workshopping some of those postures. The air cooled as the sun set.
