CHICAGO — When the teenager was asked if he wanted to share a statement at a court hearing for a former security guard at Dunbar Vocational Career Academy who pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting him when he was a 15-year-old student, he worried that he wouldn’t be able to express his emotions in detail using his voice.
