    For the first time in history, we have five generations at work. As populations are ageing and we are living for longer, workforces are extending, as we shall want and need to work for longer. The problem is that the world has been having the wrong conversation about generations. The discourse around generations has descended into a spiral of silos and stereotypes – it is doing everyone a disservice in the process and it is an unnecessary distraction for organisations.
