We report the case of a 28-year-old female patient (gravida 2, para 1) who underwent a cesarean section after 33 weeks of pregnancy due to severe preeclampsia. The placenta was deeply embedded in the myometrium. Localized myometrial ischemia occurred following repair and suturing of the myometrium at the placental attachment site.

Based on current research evidence, the mycobiome can influence cancer development through several pathways, including the following main mechanisms: (1) genome instability and mutation, (2) tumor-promoting inflammation, (3) immunosuppressive microenvironment, (4) complement system, (5) activating invasion and metastasis, (6) biofilm formation and, (7) bacterial–fungal interactions (Fig. 3). Our study was conducted strictly in accordance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. The subjects met the diagnostic criteria for idiopathic short stature. The experimental group was treated with short-acting growth hormone supplementation for patients with idiopathic short stature; the control group was treated with placebo and other treatment methods.
