WAHPETON, N.D. (Valley News Live) - The Wahpeton Police Department says after 4:00pm on Wednesday April 9th, they were called to the Wahpeton High School parking lot, for a report that two males were threatening a student with a gun. Police say two days after the report was made, 18-year-old James Johnson and 18-year-old Tyler Ryan were booked into the Cass County Jail for terrorizing.

MENAHGA, Minn. (Valley News Live) - 69-year-old Brent Michael Freeman of Menahga is facing 5 pornographic work charges, all of which are felonies. Court documents say on February 25th, the Internet Crimes Against Children unit received a report of child sexual abuse material. On March 4th, a search warrant was issued for the user account of “Fulltilt11″. Investigators say several video clips of children performing sexual acts, as well as chat conversations were found.

CROOKSTON, Minn. (Valley News Live) - The Polk County Sheriff’s office says just after 10:00 Monday morning, they responded to an officer involved shooting and a vehicle pursuit on County Road 9, west of the intersection of 350th Ave. SW. Deputies say the driver involved in the pursuit was taken to Altru Hospital in Grand Forks with non-life threatening injuries. The Minnesota BCA was called to the scene.

By Renee Nygren, Valley News LiveMOORHEAD, Minn. (Valley News Live) – A male was pulled from the Red River Wednesday afternoon, near 46th Ave. S. and River Haven Road South in Moorhead. Emergency crews responded to a water rescue call just before 5:00pm. A Valley News Live reporter on scene says the male was pulled out of the river just before 5:40pm and was put back into an ambulance. No official word yet as to who the individual is, or what condition they are in.
