    During MSNBC’s election night coverage, host Joy Reid, having just learned that Donald Trump had won the swing state of North Carolina, launched into a tirade against white women. “Black voters came through for Kamala Harris. White women voters did not,” said Reid. “This will be the second opportunity that white women have to change the way that they have to interact with the patriarchy,” she continued, referring to the 2016 presidential election.

    The Equal Rights Amendment could allow the government to discriminate against Asian Americans and other racially disfavored groups. Tomorrow, New Yorkers will be asked to vote on Prop 1, the state Equal Rights Amendment. New Yorkers for Equal Rights, the Democrat-aligned group behind the measure, claims that the purpose of the amendment is to codify a right to abortion in the state constitution. But to state the obvious, abortion is not under threat in liberal New York.
