    Transdev is expanding e-bus deployment in the German region of Bavaria. In late March, in the district of Fürstenfeldbruck, the bus operator Griensteidl (part of Transdev group), together with the Munich Transport Association (MVV) and the district, has presented five new MAN Lion’s City 12 e-buses out of a 16-units order supported with 4.82 million euros of Federal resources.

    Three bus lots have been officially awarded in Paris, with the surprising win of Italian ATM in one of the three. The three lots are located in Paris and the Petite Couronne (Ourcq, Massy-Juvisy and Croix du Sud sectors). Transdev and RATP Cap Île-de-France are the awarded companies for the two remaining lots. Following a preliminary communication by the PTA Île-de-France Mobilités in late March, today, 10th April 2025, the Board of Directors has approved the awarding.

    Nobina has signed an agreement to acquire the two bus companies in Finland, Revon Turistiliikenne OY and Repo-Lines OY, based in Oulu. Through this acquisition, Nobina strengthens its presence outside the capital region and “expands its contract portfolio while creating opportunities for collaboration between existing contracts, depots, and a broader service offering for passengers, the region, and the market”, as Nobina itself states in a press note shared in late March 2025.

    On-demand transit solutions provider Argo Corporation announces the rollout of its Smart Routing transit system in Bradford West Gwillimbury (BWG), Ontario. This initiative, announced earlier this year and operational since 7th April, provides residents with an easy-to-use app that allows them to request a ride near their door for a standard transit fare, with Smart Routes dynamically adding stops based on rider demand.
