    ALEXANDRIA, Va. — The National Wooden Pallet & Container Association (NWPCA) appointed Hinton Howell of Hinton Lumber Products as its new chairman. Howell succeeds Jeff Lewis of Atlanta Pallets and Services as chairman of the NWPCA. The association elected its 2025-26 board of directors during its annual leadership council last month in Napa, California.
