The Wisconsin Tower, at 606 W. Wisconsin Ave., just west of the Baird Center and Hilton Milwaukee, was built in the art deco era and was an office building until it was converted to residential condos around 2005. The building is 23 stories and once held billboards that covered eight stories or more of its exterior.
