An initial analysis of data on city and centre-wise NEET-UG scores put out by National Testing Agency shows that there are 10 centres in Haryana and eight in Kerala where more than 5% of candidates scored over 650 (out of 720). That proportion is more than three times the national average of 1.3% students getting that score. Unlike in Kerala, where all such centres are in Kottayam, a well-known coaching hub, in Haryana they are from eight cities.
