    The cost is $99 million worth of improvements to the 46,000-seat, 60-year-old Sun Bowl stadium. UTEP's President, Dr. Heather Wilson says this would attract more large music concerts that have been passing the city. She also says that it will improve the facilities for sports and overall setting up and tearing down.
