Clemson has long been content to sit just outside the ring and watch Florida State very publicly and very loudly fight the same fight it was also ready to wage. It doesn’t mean the schools had dissimilar goals, but it does mean they had dissimilar tacts. You couldn’t watch a Clemson board of trustees meeting on YouTube like you could FSU’s to see Seminoles administrators both inside and outside of athletics talk openly about the need to leave the ACC over a year ago.

A dinghy has been handed to a sailing club that helps provide access to the sport for people with disabilities thanks to Leighton Linslade’s Rotary club. The Rotary Club of Leighton Linslade supported by Bedfordshire & Luton Community Foundation and Geometric Earth Science formally handed over a new Hansa Dinghy to MK Sailability as part of Rotary’s renowned Yes We Can program.

To the Editor:It costs more to care for the homeless than it does to actually house them. That is a scary thought, and that is why I am writing to ask Minnesota citizens to support current legislation at the state capitol called Bring it Home Minnesota. This legislation would create and fund a new rental assistance program – administered by the state – to help lower-income households that spend more than 30% of their annual income on market rate rent.

It's likely that many people will need to think about being able to change a loved one's bedpan at home. Research published recently in the journal Health Affairs found that the seniors most likely to need paid home care to continue living at home were also the least likely to be able to afford it.
