UK Finn fleet racing in 2025 by Richard Sharp 29 Jan 10:46 GMT Following a very successful 2024 it looks like 2025 is going to be even a better year for the UK Finn fleet. There is an ongoing demand for boats and we are getting more and more sailors becoming hooked on this awesome boat. We have lots of new sailors entering the fleet but also some others returning. The fleet is amazingly friendly, welcoming and the boat itself just drags you in.

North Sails Silver Finn Trophy launched for 2025 by Richard Sharp 4 Dec 07:10 PST The British Finn Association (BFA) are delighted to be able to launch the North Sails Silver Finn Trophy for 2025. The BFA calendar shows the list of exciting events that are to be included. This includes these fantastic venues; Largs, Thorpe Bay, Christchurch, Weymouth, Bosham, West Riding, Rutland and Warsash. The winner will also receive the prestigious Silver Finn Trophy that dates from 1963.

As of mid-February, the Sacramento area has now received more than a foot of rain in the current water season. The rain and snowfall from this winter’s storms have been swelling rivers, adding to the Sierra Nevada snowpack and hopefully replenishing reservoirs. Water experts say if we don’t change the way we store and use the water we will be in trouble in the future, likely facing higher water bills and laws that seriously restrict water use.
