She was born April 2, 2003, in Keokuk, the daughter of Christopher and Lilly Crowell. Sherry Lynn was a smile personified and walking sunshine. Sherry would smile and make jokes with a wall if needed, to make her family and friends happy. Sherry enjoyed hanging out with family and friends.

    KEOKUK – Todd Lee Lewis, 63, of Keokuk, Iowa, passed away Monday, April 14, 2025, at his home. He was born Oct. 3, 1961, in Burlington, Iowa, the son of Lyle and Shirley Breuer Lewis. Todd had been employed by several local businesses through the years including Dollar General, Pepsi, and Bridgeway. He loved spending time outdoors, especially fishing and hunting. He also enjoyed the excitement of gambling, especially at his favorite local gaming bar, Winners Lounge.

    The Hamilton City Council met at 7 p.m. Monday, April 7 at City Hall. Members of the Neil McKee family attended to request they be permitted to take the stone that stands in front of the new police station. It says “Drug” on it, referring to the fact that the building was a drug store for many years, and the family would like to keep it as a memento. The Council agreed to this request.
