TuesdayAt 7:06 a.m., Hailey Michele Matous, 18, of Keokuk, was arrested in the 1300 block of Main Street for Domestic Assault Causing Bodily Injury, a Serious Misdemeanor. This arrest stems from an assault in the 1000 block of Exchange Street on April 10. Matous was held in jail.

Joshua Lee Kite, 34, of Keokuk, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended, a Simple Misdemeanor.

There were three medical calls on Friday, April 11, at: 5:25 a.m., 2:52 p.m., and 5:41 p.m.There were five medical calls on Saturday, at: midnight, 12:09 p.m., 12:30 p.m., and 12:35 p.m., and 2:42 p.m.On Sunday, there were five more medical calls, at: 5:21 a.m., 8:47 a.m., 11:28 a.m., 11:48 a.m., and 6:29 p.m.

The department reports the following as taking place on Friday, April 11 and Sunday, April 13. FridayAt 3:59 p.m., Bradley William Worthington, 40, of Keokuk, was arrested for Theft-2nd, a Class D Felony. This arrest stems from traffic stop earlier in the day in which allegedly stolen items were discovered in the vehicle. Worthington was held in jail. At 8:56 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 1500 block of Main Street.

The department reports the following as taking place on Wednesday and Thursday, April 9 and 10. WednesdayThere was one medical call at 11:22 a.m.ThursdayThe department responded to the report of a spill in the 1300 block of Main Street. KFD personnel found what appeared to be diesel fuel spilled on the 1300 block of Main Street. KFD was able to use oil dry to soak up the material and then it was swept into a bucket for disposal. There were three medical calls, at: 1:58 a.m., 3:07 a.m., and 9:18 a.m.

ThursdayAt 12:09 p.m., Katelyn Michelle Howell, 20, of Keokuk, was arrested for Domestic Abuse Causing Bodily Injury, a Serious Misdemeanor. Howell was held in jail. At 5:50 p.m., Hailey Michele Matous, 18, of Keokuk, was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury, a Serious Misdemeanor. Matous was held in jail.

The Keokuk Police Department reports the following as taking place Tuesday and Wednesday, April 8-9. TuesdayAt 8:51 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of Bank Street for a disturbance. Stephanie Sue Kitavarada, 32, of Keokuk, was arrested on a warrant for Failure to Appear. Kitavarada was held in jail. There also two calls for service, at: 8:51 a.m. for Burglary at 1527 Bank St., and 12:42 p.m. for Larceny/Theft at 1025 Cleveland Ave.
