Retailers are doing what they can to keep prices down and bring a little joy despite a less-than-rosy cost outlook. Under the bridge in Allentown, you can find all of the colors of the season. Richmar Florist has been foraging for flowers and bringing them to the Lehigh Valley for more than 70 years. This year, prices for roses are up about 2 percent.

PHILADELPHIA - Police have released the name of the man who was killed on the ground when a medical jet crashed in Northeast Philadelphia on Friday. 37-year-old Steven Dreuitt, of Philadelphia, was found dead inside a car after the plane crashed in the 2300 block of Cottman Avenue. He was traveling with his girlfriend and 9-year-old son, Ramesses Vazquz. The boy's mother, Jamie Vazquez-Viana, says he has burns to 90% of his body.
