A&O Shearman’s partners elected Madrid-based corporate and M&A partner Ignacio Hornedo Villalba to take over as Spain managing partner on November 1. Hornedo joined A&O Shearman precursor firm Allen & Overy straight out of law school in September 2005 and became partner in May 2018. He will take over from current co-managing partners Antonio Vázquez-Guillén and Ignacio Ruiz-Cámara.
