Addleshaw Goddard on Wednesday took over an 80-lawyer, nine partner Warsaw office from Linklaters, acquiring what becomes its 20th office firmwide, for undisclosed terms in a deal announced in February. The firm said in a statement that it’s “very excited” about its new team and that all Linklaters’ Warsaw partners have transferred and are already working with its other offices.

Ashurst named its Paris corporate restructuring practice leader to take over as its office managing partner in the city starting May 1.
