Crowned metalcore quintet Fit For A King have just dropped a nuclear bomb on the heavy community in the midst of an extensive touring schedule. On today’s New Music Friday the Texan group have dropped new track ‘Technium‘ featuring Landon Tewers, frontman of The Plot In You (and melodic soloist). The single is Fit For A King‘s second release of the year – on the back of ripper tune ‘Keeping Secrets‘ from back in January, which saw the band fuse their heavier and melodic catalogue into one.

Self acclaimed post-deathcore band Fit For An Autopsy have unveiled details of their upcoming seventh studio album Nothing That Is after smashing it in the studio with extraordinaire sound engineer/mixer and core member Will Putney. The announcement of their new record comes alongside an epic U.S. tour announcement with Bodysnatcher (touring Aus in Feb 2025 with Lorna Shore), DISTANT, Sylosis and Judiciary. Pre-orders are up for the release date of October 25, 2024.

In case you missed it, iconic Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke is heading down to Australia for his first every solo show, presented by Supersonic Billions Australia. The tour won’t be widespread with Yorke doubling down on Melbourne and Sydney with no other shows in the pipes. The tour will mark the Brit’s first visit to Australia since Radiohead‘s 2012 tour.
