Stephen Curry has tortured the Houston Rockets more than any team during his legendary career. Curry’s Golden State Warriors eliminated the James Harden-led Rockets from the NBA Playoffs in 2015, 2016, 2018, and 2019. The Rockets tore it down and went into a rebuild because they weren’t able to get past the Warriors. Haggerty averaged 21.7 points per game by splashing shots from all three levels and consistently getting to the free throw line. Only Villanova’s Eric Dixon and Northern Arizona’s Trenton McLaughlin averaged more points during the 2024-2025 season, and both of them are out of eligibility for next year.

Photo by Nathaniel S. Butler/NBAE via Getty Images The 2025 NBA Playoffs are here with three big favorites and a pool of contenders ready to play the spoiler. The Boston Celtics are trying to become the league’s first back-to-back champion since the 2017-2018 Golden State Warriors. Boston ran over the league on their way to a championship last year, but the path won’t be so easy this season.
