RLA Global today released its 2023 Wellness Real Estate Mid-Year Report, giving real estate investors and developers vital industry data and insights about the January-June 2023 performances of wellness hotels worldwide. The key finding of the report is that hotels with minor wellness offerings realized the most significant growth from topline to the bottom line in the first half of 2023, surpassing pre-pandemic performance levels.
