    The Blugolds were back in the state title game for the second straight season, but this year the Aquinas baseball team finished the story with a 6-4 win over Kenosha St. Joseph in the D3 Championship game. The Lancers struck first to grab the early lead, but Aquinas reeled off 4-unanswered runs to jump in front 4-1. After Kenosha clawed back within one, Eddie Peters provided the power with a monster solo shot in the bottom of the 5th inning, giving the Blugolds a two-run cushion.
