Spread into crust.

Add the carrots, potatoes, green onions and milk. Stir in the flour, salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat. Drop the batter by spoonfuls into the skillet. Cook for 2 minutes on each side or until golden. Add more oil if needed.

Melton’s Menuby Robbie MeltonIngredients:•1 (4-6 lb.) beef tenderloin•1 C. tomato catsup•2 t. mustard•1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce•1-1/2 C. water•14 oz. Italian dressingDirections:Combine catsup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, water and dressing. Spear meat several times. Pour marinade over meat and refrigerate overnight. Drain reserve marinade. Bake at 425º on a rack in a pan in oven. Baste with marinade occasionally. Bake to desired doneness. Using a meat thermometer 140º for rare; 150º for medium.
