New York on March 31 issued the first iteration of a plan to move the state toward greater use of flexible resources to meet future power needs while preserving reliability and affordability. The plan is part of the Grid of the Future proceeding (Case 24-E-0165) initiated by the Public Service Commission in April 2024.
