ABSTRACTAs food pantries serve populations experiencing food insecurity, they are key sites for public health interventions. From November 2021 to January 2023, this open-label, single-arm, pre- and post-intervention evaluated Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program-Education (SNAP-Ed) technical assistance aimed at improving Nutrition Environment Food Pantry Assessment Tool (NEFPAT) scores. Analyses included independent t-tests, paired t-tests, and Wilcoxon signed-rank tests.
