    BRISTOL, Tenn. — The Bristol Tennessee City Council last week approved a resolution that sets in motion a series of public hearings for the proposed annexation of property along Beaver Creek Road. Property owner Walter L. Harber is seeking the annexation of two adjacent parcels totaling approximately 3.66 acres into the city. The land, which lies near but is not part of the Fox Meadows subdivision, is being represented by developer Robert Stuart, according to city planner Cherith Young.
