Residents have described their disgust after large amounts of raw meat was dumped on their street. People living near Gayton Close and Liddel Close in Luton, Bedfordshire, said piles of meat have appeared almost daily for the last six weeks. Christine Williams, who lives nearby, has called on the council to install cameras and issue fines to deter the culprits. Luton Borough Council said it has been investigating the matter.
