    The following arrests, citation and calls for service were reported Tuesday by the Fort Madison Police Department. Nathan Eric Washburne, 47, Fort Madison, was arrested in the 1200 block of 17th Street, at 10:14 a.m. Monday, and charged with disorderly conduct (fighting) and public intoxication. He was taken to the Lee County Jail. Ryan Blind, 40, Fort Madison, was arrested at 902 28th St., at 10:18 p.m. Sunday, and charged with OWI, first offense. He was jailed.
