Two suspects were previously granted bail and a third suspect was granted bail by Justice Ab Chahbar. The fact these suspects have been charged with gun offences, along with producing large amounts of deadly fentanyl, should have made them ineligible for bail. The danger to the public should be clearly evident and has been ignored.
