The Rockwall Herald-Banner is reporting a Rockwall County jury on Tuesday convicted a Dallas man on felony theft of property less than $2,500 charges with two or more previous theft-related convictions. Larry Lee Davis, 61, was sentenced by Rockwall County District Judge David E. Rakow to 10 years in prison.
