Arts Council of Northern Ireland will introduce a three-year funding cycle and seek to generate more income for the sector to ensure its financial stability as part of its plans for the next decade. The body's Strategic Plan for 2024-2034, published this week, features six outcomes that will inform its actions over the next ten years.
