EBA: Guidelines and RTS: EBA publishes regulatory products under the Markets in Crypto-Assets RegulationOn 6 June 2024 and 13 June 2024, the EBA published packages of regulatory technical standards (RTS) and guidelines under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR). These products are part of the EBA's ongoing efforts to foster a well-regulated market for asset-referenced and e-money tokens in the EU.
