I believe the Supreme Court has lost its way. The American Revolution was fought to free the colonists from the rule of a king. To accomplish that, they ratified a Constitution that has been in operation since 1789. Those 235 years make it the world's longest surviving written charter of government. One of the bedrocks of that Constitution has been that no one is above the law.
