If you’ve been to the range recently, you know that ammunition prices have started creeping up, and in some calibers, by a very large margin. A recent check I made had 1000 rounds of 5.56 go up in price by roughly $100, with the same amount of 9mm popping up by $50. Manufacturers like Igman in Bosnia (primarily supplying 7.62x39 and 7.62x51) got hit with a 36% tariff, as did Prvi Partizan in Serbia.

A storm has hit, devastating an area. Flooding, debris, and destroyed buildings dot the landscape, and things look dire. As soon as the storm clears, everyone wants to try to get back to some semblance of normalcy, but there’s one part everyone forgets – you have to be able to reach things to repair them. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but those thousand words can paint entire worlds. As I mentioned in my review for the Boyalink 3 Wireless Microphone, you can get away with wobbly video or bad color correction, but if your recording has bad audio, you’ll lose your audience quickly. While the Boyalink 3 devices are roughly the size of a dime, sometimes you’ll want to use a high quality lavalier microphone, or need more visual audio telemetry data.

tinyBuild was once the lil group that published games like Potion Craft, Graveyard Keeper, and Streets of Rogue. Now they're that publisher that finds those quirky games and helps bring them to life in a big way. That's games like The King is Watching, Kingmakers (which is becoming a movie, whaaaaaat?!), the Hello Neighbor series, Punch Club 1 and 2, Not for Broadcast, Startup Panic, Voin, Duckside, Of Ash & Steel, and so many more.

As somebody who owns a Samsung OLED, it's great to see it continue to get solid support. Today the team announced that they're teaming up with NVIDIA to integrate NVIDIA G-SYNC directly into their panels, along with a whole host of resulting gaming-focused features that is sure to raise an eyebrow. There are plenty of "gamer-focused" TVs that are just marketing hype, but this new 2025 OLED TV line up is looking pretty sweet.

Watching the Paris opening ceremony, I would have much preferred to hear the music of the ceremony than the awful commentary. Learn audio ducking as well. I can recommend some good videos on the subject.
