“Newsweek” lamented on Nov. 9, “Harris has 69 million votes, more than 12 million fewer than the 81.2 million votes Biden got in 2020. Trump is currently at 72.6 million.” The title of the piece was “Where Did the Millions of Joe Biden Votes Go?”But looky here: In Joe Biden’s barnstorming basement campaign “COVID win” against Trump in 2020, he got 81 million. It looks like Kamala Harris will end up with about 75 million votes.

Monday was a great day in Washington, D.C. I have never seen so many white people celebrating MLK Day like that. We are starting to come together as a nation!After weeks of contentious confirmation hearings and four years of political rancor, last week’s inaugural ceremonies went off well. Many events were moved inside because of the bitter cold. For a country that wants to take over Greenland, we really are not good at being cold. The security was well done.
