The Seaport 16 Trade Center can accommodate up to 7.1 million square feet of industrial space in 10 buildings. In 2023, the developer expects to complete construction on Building 1, an 868,160-square-foot speculative building that is expandable to 1.6 million square feet. Seaport 16 Trade Center is located 25 miles from the Port of Savannah. 1 million sq. ft.
