For 18 years, art patrons flocked to Marlborough Gallery’s space at 545 West 25th Street in Manhattan before the venue announced in 2024 that it would be permanently closing its doors. Its Chelsea space has now been brought to market for $10.9m. Encompassing the first and second floors of the 20-storey Chelsea Arts Tower, the 9,228 sq ft commercial property is co-listed for sale exclusively via Jeffrey Zoldan and Roger Gillen of Brown Harris Stevens.
