    Argentina-focused racing simulator PISTA Motorsport has just received another update, adding two new cars and a new track. Unveiled as part of developer REG Simulations’ extensive plan to add new content to PISTA right up until its v1.0 release in 2026, the two new cars include the Ford Falcon Sprint and Chevy Series 2 (also known as the Nova), which form a new ‘Classic’ class.

    BeamNG.drive’s latest v0.35 update saw a huge update to the game’s nascent Rally mode. With five new rally stages, two audible co-driver styles, a boxer-engine exhaust note for the remastered Hirochi Sunburst (a Subaru Impreza in unlicensed form) and realistically floppy mud flaps, it’s clear to see where the BeamNG developers are taking their sandbox driving game. They’re taking it off-road.

    Driving Life, a new immersive driving sim in a similar vein to My Summer Car, is scheduled for release on PC this year, with a free demo going live on the 11th of April. Developed by Polish studio Chrysopy Games, in collaboration with PlayWay S.A., Driving Life has players managing factors like hunger, thirst, fatigue and boredom while also driving and upgrading a wide range of vehicles, including cars, vans and trucks.

A Prodrive Ford Mondeo from the British Touring Car Championship is currently listed for auction and it’s probably the most impressive touring car simulator in the world. Currently listed on the Iconic Auctioneers website, the 1999-spec Ford Mondeo was a spare chassis used as a simulator for a Millennium Dome show in 2000.

    iRacing’s Adaptive AI system has just gone live, introducing computer-controlled opponents that adapt to your skill level on the fly. Originally scheduled for iRacing’s Season 2 2025 build, Adaptive AI will match the pace of the player and can be found by heading to the ‘AI Racing’ menu, selecting ‘AI Opponents’ and then changing ‘AI Type’ to ‘Adaptive AI’.
