RuPaul has said his "heart is broken" following the death of former Drag Race winner, The Vivienne. The drag queen and TV presenter said on Instagram on Monday he joined the entire Drag Race universe in mourning the loss of The Vivienne, whom he called "an incredibly talented queen and a lovely human being". The Vivienne, whose real name was James Lee Williams, won the first series of RuPaul's Drag Race UK in 2019.

A £50,000 reward has been offered for information leading to a conviction in the unsolved murder of a taxi driver in Nottingham 30 years ago. Cold case detectives are re-investigating the killing of Ethsham Ul-Haq Ghafoor, who was shot dead in his car in the city in 1994. They made a fresh appeal for information on the anniversary of his death on Friday, as his sister urged those involved "to help bring closure to our lives".
